This CUSTOM DTF GANG SHEET, is designed to optimize production efficiency by allowing for multiple prints on a single sheet. By utilizing this DTF Gang Sheet, you can save time, reduce waste, and increase profitability. Prints are vibrant and sure to leave a lasting impression on your customers. Send us your images we print them for you. Please upload images of great quality 300dpi is the lowest resolution to achieve vibrant print quality.

ASSISTANCE
If you need assistance building a gang sheet we can assist with an additional $5 fee chose (the need assistance button and checkout email your designs to the below email address and we will sort you out). Please note if you choose this option the production time will be extended.

THE QUALITY OF THE PRINT WILL DEPEND ON THE QUALITY OF THE ARTWORK YOU PROVIDE.

Commercial heat press is ADVISED for our transfers. We are not responsible if your transfers are damaged after using an iron/easy press. We are NOT responsible for transfers that are pressed incorrectly.

IDEAL MATERIALS:

100% cotton
Cotton/Poly blends
100% polyester
Triblends

PRESS INSTRUCTIONS:

Pre-press the garment for 10 seconds to remove excess moisture.

Place the transfer on the shirt – white side down, image facing up.

1st Press: Press at 320°F for 15 seconds under medium pressure. (note that every heat press is different, yours may need to be set a little higher or lower)

Peel cool.

2nd Press: Cover the image with Teflon or parchment sheet, 320°F for 3-5 seconds under medium pressure.
